#Apple Fitness Plus workouts

Apple Fitness+ is starting 2026 with new workout programs and content aimed at helping users stay active and build healthy habits beginning January 5. Apple is also adding short combined strength and HIIT workouts, as well as a four-week yoga plan meant to help users practice more consistently. To help users stay on track, Apple Fitness+ now allows members to create custom workout plans. Apple Fitness+ is available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Plus, it’s compatible with the 1st generation Apple Pencil. You can get an iPhone 6s "good-as-new" from third-party resellers for PHP 6,300 for the 16GB variant, or a brand new iPhone 6s Plus on Apple's authorized resellers for PHP 19,990. Apple's Authorized resellers are still selling the iPhone 7 Plus for PHP 26,990, which is a pretty hard sell considering the 2nd generation iPhone SE's pricetag at PHP 26,490.
