Apple is also adding short combined strength and HIIT workouts, as well as a four-week yoga plan meant to help users practice more consistently. To help users stay on track, Apple Fitness+ now allows members to create custom workout plans. Users with Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3 can see live workout stats on screen, including heart rate and calorie burn.
