Amazon has unveiled a new Echo Studio smart speaker at its fall 2025 hardware event, calling it the company’s “most advanced and best-sounding Echo ever.” The updated Studio is 40% smaller than the original 2019 model and features three full-range drivers, a custom woofer, spatial audio, and Dolby Atmos support. In the U.S., it will also include early access to Alexa Plus, Amazon’s AI-powered upgrade to Alexa. We just came from Singapore where Sony has announced its new lineup of high-resolution audio devices that will be available starting this month. Walkman HWZ-A15 digital music player This is currently the newest, slimmest, and lightest high-resolution audio digital music player available today. It carries the classic Walkman branding and is designed to go wherever you go to provide lossless audio quality. It's got a 4-wire structure in its cable that basically lessens crosstalk between the left and right channels that produced balanced audio output. The biggest upgrades here are the dramatically stronger 35,000Pa suction, smarter dual-camera AI navigation, improved obstacle recognition, better threshold climbing, and an even slimmer body for cleaning under tighter spaces. Compared to the X50 Ultra’s single AI camera system, the X60 Ultra upgrades to dual AI cameras combined with structured light sensors and proactive LED illumination for more accurate object recognition and route planning.
