#BDO Pay zero fees

BDO Pay is offering zero-fee transactions for several everyday payment services, including money transfers, bills payment, mobile load purchases, and QR-based payments. Users can send money for free to BDO accounts, other banks, and e-wallets through InstaPay or PesoNet. BDO Pay users can scan QR codes when paying at stores through QRPh using a linked BDO Debit Card. They can also use Scan to Pay with a BDO Credit Card, send money through InstaPay QR, and withdraw or deposit cash at supported QR-enabled ATMs. The app allows users to pay directly from a linked BDO account or credit card without first adding money to a separate wallet balance. BDO Pay is also running a referral campaign from July 1 to September 30, 2026. BDO Pay is available through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery. BDO Unibank has removed transfer fees for InstaPay and PESONet transactions made through the BDO Online and BDO Pay apps.
