The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between NEM Philippines and CEZA happened last July 28, 2018, in Business Law Conference 2018 at De La Salle University-Manila. NEM Foundation's purpose is to raise awareness, promote, and educate Blockchain technology to the people, which is why the first Blockchain Hub is set to rise in Sta.
