Along with the Fire HD 6 tablet, Amazon has also introduced their most powerful tablet in the lineup which sports an 8.9-inch HDX (2560 x 1600) display, LTE connectivity, and powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 805 quad-core CPU - the new Fire HDX 8.9. Should users wish to be more productive with the Fire tablets, Amazon is also selling the Fire Keyboard for $59.99. It is compatible with the new Fire HDX 8.9, and other Fire HD and HDX tablets. We headed off to the office of HTC's Philippine Distributor yesterday to get a first hand preview of the HTC WildFire and after some time with the handset, let me share with you my first hand impressions. We were actually shown two units -- an engineering unit of the grey-colored Wildfire with a trackball and the final black-colored unit with the trackpad. The Wildfire looks a bit like the Nexus One crossed with the Desire with the combo of the touch panel and the trackpad.
