Sure, most basic resources we have in the internet such as email, cloud storage, or media streaming can now be accessed for free, but did you know that there are more that you can use at absolutely no cost? Free old-school video games We all have that nostalgic feeling of playing games from old consoles every now and then, and the internet has served home for some of those classics. For starters, we featured a few months back that the internet archive has now housed over 2000 MS-DOS games which you can play absolutely free. In a recent post by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), there will now be free 24/7 internet access for all traversing the Pasig River via ferry. On top of that, there will also be free internet on the ferries themselves - ensuring users are never disconnected along the route. This is a joint effort of the DICT, MMDA, and Pasig LGU under the Free Public Internet Access Program (FPIAP). That gives households more freedom to match internet spending with actual usage.
