Garmin has just launched its Instinct lineup of smartwatches in the Philippines. The Garmin Instinct is a rugged smartwatch with a built-in 3-axis compass and barometric altimeter. It also features a 14-day battery lifespan, smart notifications, preloaded activity profiles, supports Garmin Explore app, has a TracBack function where users can navigate the same route back to their starting point, and compatible with Garmin Connect. The Garmin Instinct is also thermal, shock, and water resistant of up to 100 meters. Garmin's latest smartwatches under the Instinct lineup, the Garmin Instinct 2 series, will soon be available in the Philippines. The Instinct 2 series is available in Instinct 2 Solar, standard (non-solar), Surf, Tactical and Camo editions, and Instinct 2S. The Instinct 2 Series boasts a new high-resolution, easy-to-read display protected by chemically strengthened, scratch-resistant glass, built to military standard 810 for thermal and shock resistance, and is water-rated to 100 meters, and up to four weeks of continuous use while in smartwatch mode. The Instinct 2 Solar 45mm, on the other hand, offers "unlimited battery life" thanks to its solar technology.
