#Globe service-free load and promo loans

In line with its mission to connect people amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Globe is waiving its service fee from borrowed prepaid load and promos to its qualified subscribers. Globe and TM subscribers who already paid their previous borrowed load and promos could avail the offer until April 15, 2020. Those who have unsettled balances may opt for the emergency services, which includes PHP 5 for 5 MB of data or PHP 4 for three texts to Globe and TM subscribers plus PHP 1 worth of prepaid load. They can register prepaid credits, as well as Globe and TM promos ranging from PHP 5 to PHP 50 through *143#. To borrow load and check the available load promos as well as emergency text and data services, just choose "Loans" for Globe or "Utang" for TM. The borrowed prepaid load and promo will only be deducted once they reload from Globe and TM prepaid loading channels. Globe Prepaid and TM subscribers can access the service through a Globe Starlink promo starting at PHP 99, while Globe Platinum and Postpaid users with Plan 1499 and above can use it at no extra cost.
