With all the hype surrounding golden variants of famous smartphones, it's only a matter of time before LG follows suit. True enough, a gold variant of the LG G2 has appeared in an online store in Taiwan. This makes the gold variant the third color option in addition to the current black and white models. As of the moment, there's no word yet if the gold LG G2 will also be made available in other countries. Last month, we wrote about the Lenovo Golden Warrior S8, a dual-SIM Android smartphone with a 5.3-inch HD display and octa-core CPU. The photo we had then came from a promotional poster and looks unimpressive, but now we have live photos showcasing the S8 in all its golden glory. Just a week after Samsung introduced the Samsung Hennessy flip phone, the company has announced a new Android smartphone that sports the same clamshell design, the Galaxy Golden. Like the Hennessy, the Golden features dual-displays but carries a larger 3.7-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 800 x 480.
