#How to Use Google Buzz

So I've added the new Google Buzz into my GMail and see if I can see some use for it. Now, updates I make on those sites and accounts will also appear in my Google Buzz stream. Likewise, updates made by people (comments, etc.) will also be streamed into my Google Buzz. So, I'm looking at my Google Buzz as an stream of alerts. Buzz looked like a scaled down Google Wave to me. Google has unveiled a new Android feature called Pause Point. Google's Pause Point is designed to help users think twice before opening apps that can be considered distracting.
