Intel's "Skull Canyon" NUC which it unveiled last year, packing a 6th-Generation Intel Core i7 processor, Intel Iris Pro Graphics, and Thunderbolt 3, is now available for purchase at Villman. Got the official statement from Intel Corporation today and it turns out bigger than we originally expected and involves around 5,000 to 6,000 employees worldwide, including 1,800 in the Philippines. In a memo circulated among employees of Intel Philippines, the chipmaker has finally conceded and will shut down its facilities in Gen Trias, Cavite by end of 2009.
