#iPadOS 27

Apple has released the first public beta versions of its upcoming software updates, allowing users to try iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27 Golden Gate, and watchOS 27 ahead of their official release later this year. Meanwhile, macOS 27 Golden Gate brings Siri AI to Spotlight along with interface refinements, while iPadOS 27 adds Apple Pencil support for Visual Intelligence and faster file transfers with external storage devices. At the Apple Worldwide-developers conference 2019 in San Jose, California, the company has announced numerous upgrades and updates including the new iPadOS that replaces the iOS. Replacing the iOS, the new iPadOS aims to bring more capabilities and features to the iPad. Apple recently announced its latest version of the iOS, the iOS 14, along with the iPadOS 14, at the WWDC 2020. Among the new features in the iPadOS 14 are: • Conversion of written notes to text • Incoming FaceTime and phone calls now appear as a lightweight banner that allows users to either answer or flick to ignore. Just like in iOS 14, the iPadOS 14 also requires apps to ask for user permission before collecting information, transparent use of apps of the microphone and camera, and limiting location permission.
