The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PSCO) has announced LottoMatik which is a portable point-of-sale (PoS) device. “LottoMatik represents a significant step forward in making lottery participation accessible to every Filipino. The goal of LottoMatik is to branch out to areas that do not have any lotto outlets.
