AC Industrials' 6th automotive brand, Maxus, has arrived in the Philippines, and along that are two main van-type vehicles that are introduced -- the G10 and the V80. The Maxus V80, on the other hand, comes with three variants -- the V80 Comfort, V80 Flex, and V80 Transport. Maxus PH announced up to PHP 70,000 cash discounts on all variants of its G10 MPV, V80 van, and T60 pickup from September 2 to October 31, 2020. On the other hand, the Maxus V80 vans give both space and flexibility with the 13-seater V80 Comfort. The larger Maxus V80 can comfortably seat 13 people and features a 2.5-liter Turbo-Diesel engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Commuters can now access the 50% fare discount on MRT-3 using GCash, as part of the government’s push to ease transportation costs amid rising prices. The move comes as fuel prices continue to rise, putting pressure on transport workers who rely on daily trips for income.
