According to Microsoft, updates will no longer be provided for OneDrive desktop applications on Windows 7,8 and 8.1 devices because they wanted to focus their resources on new technology. Microsoft has announced to completely remove the Adobe Flash component from Windows through the KB4577586 "Update for Removal of Adobe Flash Player" starting June 2021.
