#OpenAI browser Atlas

OpenAI is reportedly developing a “superapp” that will combine ChatGPT, Codex, and its upcoming browser into a single platform. Companies like OpenAI and Perplexity are developing browsers with built-in AI assistants that can help automate tasks online. OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, has launched a new web browser called ChatGPT Atlas, marking its bold move to challenge Google’s Chrome and other major browsers. Unlike traditional browsers, Atlas removes the familiar address bar and is designed around ChatGPT itself. OpenAI said Atlas includes a special feature called Agent Mode, available only to paying ChatGPT subscribers. OpenAI just introduced ChatGPT Atlas, its very own AI-powered web browser, marking the company’s bold move into the search space currently dominated by Google.
