In celebration of the ThinkPad's 25th birthday, Lenovo has released a modern incarnation of the classic ThinkPad with "retro" features - the Lenovo ThinkPad Anniversary Edition 25. The ThinkPad Anniversary Edition 25 is a modern take on the original ThinkPad 700C announced on October 5, 1992. It features a classic design and includes iconic "retro" features such as a backlit 7-row ThinkPad Classic keyboard, dedicated volume buttons, multiple status LEDs and a multicolor logo. ThinkPad 700C ThinkPad Anniversary Edition 25 is available in limited quantities on Lenovo.com and through business partners in select countries for $1899. Lenovo sent us this ThinkPad Edge 13 a few weeks ago and it's actually the most intriguing laptop we've had to review for sometime now. The Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 13 looks the same as the first generation ThinkPad Edge back in January. The ThinkPad Edge's edgy design is somewhat reminiscent of original line of ThinkPads; only this time, they've added some eye-candy and color. Nevertheless, once you open up the lid, you'll be greeted with that familiar keyboard-trackpad-trackpoint combo that's always a signature of Thinkpads since the days of IBM.
