Meet SALt, a LED lamp that is powered by tap water and table salt. The SALt lamp can be used for 8 hours a day for up to 6 months. It is also safe as it doesn't have any materials or components that may cause fire accidents, making it a good alternative to kerosene/battery-powered lamps and candles. According to the company's website, they are currently in mass production stage but they are expecting to release the SALt lamp before the end of the year or by Q1 next year.
