Samsung is currently rolling out the Android 7.0 Nougat update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and it looks like users in the Philippines are starting to receive it. The first signs of the Nougat rollout for the Galaxy Note 5 started in Turkey with the update sized at 1.3GB. If you haven't received a notification yet on your Galaxy Note 5, you can check manually inside Settings. Samsung announces its next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on July 22 in London, U.K. Those who complete the reservation will receive a ₱2,000 e-voucher and a chance to win one of Samsung's latest Galaxy devices. Well, it looks like Samsung is ready to come up with a competitor through the release of the Galaxy Glasses later this year. The Galaxy Glasses will run Samsung's in-house One UI XR. Both devices are expected to officially debut at Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event, which is heavily rumored for July 22, 2026, in London.
