Qualcomm has announced a new chipset for the premium mid-range segment, the Snapdragon 782G. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G replaces the Snapdragon 778G+. Qualcomm says that the Kryo CPU of the SD782G is improved by over 5%, while the Adreno GPU gets up to a 10% boost compared to the Snapdragon 778G+. The SD782G also supports 5G mmWave and Sub-6 GHz via the Snapdragon X53 5G Modem-RF System, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, Qualcomm Spectra ISP with 14-bit triple ISP that can support 200MP captures, Qualcomm AI Engine, and Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ technology. The smartphone brings several notable features, including a large 7,500mAh battery, a 144Hz AMOLED display, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor.
