#ThinkPad Edge 11 Features

Another thin and light ultraportable, the ThinkPad Edge 11, was launched yesterday by Lenovo Philippines during the awarding ceremonies for the Quest for Oldest ThinkPad at the Digital Alley in Greenbelt 3. We reviewed the 13-inch equivalent (ThinkPad Edge 13) back in September. The ThinkPad Edge 11 is the smaller, lighter (3.3lbs) version similar to the X100e. Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 11" specs: 11.6″ display @ 1366×768 pixels Intel Core i5 380UM @ 1.33GHz 2GB DDR3 RAM 320GB SATA HDD 7200rpm Intel HD Graphics WiFi 802.11n Bluetooth 2.1 Gigabit LAN 3 x USB 2.0 ports HDMI port 4/6/9-cell Li-Ion battery Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Optional features include 3G or WiMax connectivity. The ThinkPad Edge 11 will be available in Lenovo-affiliated stores by the 3rd week of December with a starting price of Php35,000. Lenovo sent us this ThinkPad Edge 13 a few weeks ago and it's actually the most intriguing laptop we've had to review for sometime now. The Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 13 looks the same as the first generation ThinkPad Edge back in January. The ThinkPad Edge's edgy design is somewhat reminiscent of original line of ThinkPads; only this time, they've added some eye-candy and color.
