With over a dozen variants of the Asus Zenfone, we looked over most of them and measured their battery life and compared it to their performance as measured by our standard benchmarks. The inverse correlation is evident with the Zenfone 2 Laser which topped the battery life ranking at 12 hours, 31 minutes. It has the same 3,000mAh battery as most other Zenfones but since it is only running a Snapdragon 410, optimal battery consumption is achieved. ASUS Philippines has announced that their Zenfone 4, 5, and 6, will be available in the country starting on July 17, 2014. Along with the new Transformer Book Duet, ASUS has also announced the ZenFone lineup which consists of three Intel Atom-powered Android smartphones. Filling in the entry-level spot is the smallest among the group, the budget-centric ZenFone 4. Handling the workload for the ZenFone 5 is the tandem of dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 processor and PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU, the same engine found under the Lenovo K900’s hood.
