During its recent Peek Performance event, Apple also announced the new Studio Display 27-inch 5K monitor alongside the new Mac Studio.
The 27-inch standalone monitor sports a 5K retina panel with 14.7 million pixels, 600 nits of brightness, and P3 wide color gamut coverage with two anti-reflective glass options, a Standard Glass and a Nano-texture Glass. Standard glass is engineered for extremely low reflectivity while the Nano-texture glass scatters light to further minimize glare while delivering outstanding image quality in workspaces with bright light sources. It also has Apple’s True Tone technology which allows the display to match the color temperature of its panel to the ambient lighting in your workspace.
Aside from those, it features an A13 processor, a 12-megapixel front-facing camera with Center Stage, and a six-speaker sound system. For the stand, Apple offers three options, a Tilt-adjustable stand, a Vesa mount adapter, and a Tilt- and height-adjustable stand.
If you’re opting to go for Standard Glass and either a tilt-adjustable stand or the VESA adapter, it’ll cost you PHP 94,990. If you want a step further and you’d choose a nano-texture glass, it will cost you an additional PHP 18,000, and if you choose the tilt-and-height-adjustable stand it’ll cost you an additional PHP 24,000, bringing the total price to PHP 136,990.
For the Philippines, it will take 2-3 weeks if you’ll buy it from the Apple PH Online Store (with free shipping).
