Asus Philippines has partnered with Bo’s Coffee to give away 5 units of their high-end Asus S101 netbook this summer.
For every Php200 worth of orders at any Bo’s Coffee branch, you get a raffle entry. Promo is open to everyone and start March 15 to May 31, 2009.
During the promo period, you can also bring your Asus Eee PC netbook at Bo’s and get a free upsize on your drinks.
The Asus S101H has a suggested retail price of Php34,000+.

I went to Bo’s on the 15th in their Galleria branch and they neither had the raffle nor the free upsize when I showed them the Asus EEE I brought along.

My friends and I went to the Robinson’s Galleria branch of Bo’s coffee around 3pm last sunday, March 15. We pooled our orders together to avail of the raffle ticket promo and I showed the laptop I had to the barrista when we were ordering to get the upsize. The personnel replied that he wasn’t aware of any promo but I insisted that a tie-up with Asus was already being advertised. He escalated the issue to another personnel who I assumed was his supervisor who then informed me that the promo has not yet started. We paid our orders in full and got to our seats. It was then that we saw actual display ads of your promo on the tables. We double-checked the promo dates and showed it to the barristas. The supervisor then explained that the promo still wasn’t approved by DTI and that they were still waiting for further instructions from head office.
I always go there to meet my clients…I hope I could win one.
