Facebook now has almost 1.9 billion active users

Facebook keeps on growing every month and every day. Just today, its founder just posted a short community update on how things are in their company.

Mark Zuckerberg posted on his Facebook profile some numbers to check. As of today, there are 1.86 billion people on Facebook and a whopping 1.2 billion or about 65% are online every single day. More than 65 million small businesses also use the platform to promote and connect with their customers.

As for Instagram, 150 million out of its 600 million people uses Stories every day. Facebook’s own Messenger app, which has 1 Billion active users, also has this feature for those who doesn’t wish to jump to another platform.

Lastly, Facebook’s focus now is videos hence the changes happening on the website concerning video playback.
