Filipino organizations can now tap into a wellspring of tech expertise and cutting-edge innovation. Today marks the opening of the first Fujitsu Digital Innovation Hub in Southeast Asia, offering a collaborative space for businesses to experience the latest technologies, explore digital trends, and co-create solutions to their challenges.

This new hub is part of Fujitsu’s global push to accelerate digital transformation through its co-creating program. The company aims to empower Philippine businesses to thrive and tackle societal issues with end-to-end IT solutions.
Think access to world-class tech and expertise in computing, networking, AI, data security, and converging technologies – all under one roof.
A Hub for co-creation in the Philippines
Fujitsu Philippines takes the lead in Southeast Asia with this Digital Innovation Hub, catering to the region’s flourishing business innovators. This marks its third co-design facility in the Asia Pacific region, following Australia’s launch in 2019.
The focus? Human-centric, co-design workshops. Here, organizations can leverage Fujitsu’s in-house expertise and extensive partner ecosystem to brainstorm, create innovative concepts, and develop tailored solutions through interactive workshops. Fujitsu’s design thinking approach sits at the heart of this service, ensuring tech solutions meet both business and user needs.
A trusted partner in digital transformation
“The Fujitsu Digital Innovation Hub will provide customers access to top-tier business and technology specialists,” says Raul “Cricket” Santiago III, Managing Director of Fujitsu Philippines.
“We’re dedicated to addressing business challenges, from refining operations to enhancing customer experiences. This reflects Fujitsu’s commitment to innovation and our focus on becoming a trusted partner in digital experience and sustainability transformation.”
The hub boasts interactive digital tools alongside traditional analog workshops, fostering an engaging environment for ideation, prototyping, and product testing. This powerful blend ensures organizations can collaboratively explore and refine ideas effectively.
Customer focus gets a boost
Further underlining their commitment to customer value, Fujitsu has appointed Raul “Cricket” Santiago III as the new Head of Customer Success for Asia Pacific, while retaining his role as Managing Director of Fujitsu Philippines.
In this expanded role, Cricket will lead and manage the customer success program across the region, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction. This appointment underscores the Philippines’ growing importance within Fujitsu’s Asia Pacific operations.
