Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition in the Philippines, offering a tablet experience designed specifically for families with young children. The new Kids Edition focuses on safety, guided learning, and durability, pairing Samsung’s hardware with built-in software controls that help parents manage how their kids use the device.
At the center of the experience is Samsung Kids, a dedicated mode that creates a child-safe digital environment. Parents can easily manage app access, set daily screen time limits, and monitor usage, all while using the tablet’s existing PIN or biometric security. This setup allows kids to explore educational apps, games, and creative tools without unrestricted access to the wider internet.
The Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition also includes interactive content featuring the Samsung Gang characters, encouraging creativity through drawing, storytelling, and simple learning games. To support longer learning sessions, the tablet packs a large battery and supports fast charging, minimizing downtime between uses.
Samsung bundles the Kids Edition with accessories tailored for younger users, including a protective Kids Cover, a touch pen for creative activities, and a tethering string for added safety during use. These additions aim to make the tablet more durable and easier for children to handle.
In the Philippines, the Galaxy Tab A11+ Kids Edition is priced at ₱16,990 and is available through Samsung Authorized Stores, Samsung.com, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Select retail purchases also come with additional kid-themed freebies.
