BlogBurst: Syndicating blogs for MSM

I just wrote a quick entry at PTB about the launching of BlogBurst Network. It’s basically a syndication system but targets main stream media – San Francisco Gate, Houston Chronicle, San Antonio Express-News, Austin American-Statesman, Gannett, and the Washington Post (and it looks like more are being added to the list very soon).

I signed up with BlogBurst a month ago for Pinoy.Travel.Blog and it was promptly accepted. The problem I see here though is that MSM are more likely to re-publish content that have western flavor so my travel blog hasn’t been selected until now.

My other concern is duplicate content, SEO-wise.

Several Know More Media authors have been accepted into the BlogBurst program and we’re excited to see what happens with it. I think it should provide a good, if not earth-shattering, source of healthy, relevant exposure for us.
