Acer launches Swift X 14 AI and Swift X 14 with RTX 5070 GPUs, OLED displays

Acer has officially unveiled the latest additions to its creator-focused Swift X lineup — the Swift X 14 AI and Swift X 14. These new laptops are designed for professionals and content creators, combining powerful performance, advanced AI features, and vibrant OLED displays in a sleek and portable chassis.

AI-Powered Performance

Leading the charge is the Swift X 14 AI (SFX14-61G), a Copilot+ PC powered by up to an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 processor with next-gen Zen 5 cores. It’s built to handle demanding AI workloads like real-time rendering, modeling, and visualization, and comes with exclusive AI features such as Recall (preview), Click to Do, Cocreator, and more.

Meanwhile, the standard Swift X 14 (SFX14-73G) is equipped with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processor, optimized for multitasking and heavy creative workloads.

RTX 5070 and Studio Features

Both models pack the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU, based on the latest NVIDIA Blackwell architecture. These GPUs support DLSS 4, NVIDIA Studio Drivers, and NVIDIA NIM Microservices to accelerate AI tasks, 3D rendering, video editing, and live streaming.

A standout feature is the 14.5-inch 3K OLED display, which is Calman-verified and supports DCI-P3 color gamut, VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500, and optional touchscreen input. The displays are protected with Corning Gorilla Glass and feature Acer Light Sensing tech for adaptive brightness and color accuracy.

Both Swift X models come in a sleek, fold-flat form factor and include extra-large haptic touchpads for smooth navigation. They also support an MPP 2.5 tilt-enabled stylus for drawing and note-taking.

To maintain performance, Acer has implemented TwinAir fans, dual copper heat pipes, and air inlet keyboards for better thermal management. Connectivity-wise, both laptops support Wi-Fi 6E, and feature a range of ports for peripherals.

For video calls and security, the laptops come with a 1080p FHD IR webcam that supports Windows Hello facial recognition and Acer User Sensing to lock or wake the device based on user presence. Audio is handled by a triple mic array and Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0, which reduces background noise.

As part of Acer’s Earthion initiative, the new Swift X laptops use post-consumer recycled materials, come in 100% recycled packaging, and are EPEAT Gold-registered.
