For AI acceleration, the built-in XDNA 2 Neural Processing Unit delivers 50+ TOPS of performance, enabling the Super X to run large language models such as Llama 3.2 and DeepSeek R1 with up to 14 billion parameters without needing to rely on cloud services.
The device’s LPDDR5x memory, running at 8000 MHz, comes in 64GB or 128GB configurations. Thanks to its 256-bit memory interface, the 128GB model can allocate up to 96GB of system RAM as VRAM, being able to hit a bandwidth of 256 GB/s. Storage is equally flexible, with a dual-drive design: one M.2 2280 slot and one Mini SSD PCIe 4.0 slot.

A 14-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 2880 × 1800 (2.8K) resolution delivers 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, HDR support, and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR). It also supports 4096 levels of stylus pressure sensitivity.
Its 2-in-1 form factor includes a built-in kickstand adjustable up to 173°, a magnetic detachable keyboard, and dual Harman Audioefx-certified speakers. Under the hood, a Vapor Chamber (VC) cooling system sustains up to 120W powered by an 83.5Wh battery.
