ASUS Zenfone Selfie now priced under Ph10K

If you’re looking for a smartphone dedicated for selfies, ASUS has a treat as they have brought down the price of their Zenfone Selfie at just under Php10K.

The ASUS Zenfone Selfie was announced back in June 2015. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display, Snadragon 615 octa-core CPU, and 3GB RAM. It’s most notable feature is the 13MP front camera with dual-tone flash.

more than 1 year old and only 2000php discount? other new recent models from competitors are sold at much lower price range. it is a tough sale for asus unless it guarantees all its 2015 zenfone models will have android 7 update in the coming months (2 years software update guarantee)…

the 2-year old huawei x1 tab at 7999php is discounted roughly 50% from its launch srp of 15999php. this 2GB ram/ 16GB storage FHD LTE tablet is limited by its android 4.3 OS (upgradable to 4.4 only)

I asked a staff member in an Asus store in SM North Edsa, and they said that they can only guarantee 1 OS update on all their phones. It means that if the model phone was launched with a Lollipop OS. If the phone was launched with a Marshmallow OS, then you can only get up to the Nougat OS.
