Lenovo intros Yoga 730 and Yoga 530 2-in-1 laptops

It’s not just smartphones at MWC as Lenovo has introduced two new 2-in-1 laptops powered by Intel 8th-gen processors, optional NVIDIA GeForce graphics, and Windows 10 – the Yoga 730 and Yoga 530.

The Lenovo Yoga 730 comes in 15-inch and 13-inch screen sizes, while the Yoga 530 is at 14-inch. Both pack UHD (3840×2160) IPS touchscreen displays with thin bezels, encased in an anodized aluminium body. These laptops feature special hinges that allow it to convert into different modes to suit your tasks.

Users can also use the optional Lenovo Active Pen 2 with 4,096 levels of sensitivity to write, draw or annotate with Windows Ink for a pen-on-paper experience. There’s also a fingerprint reader through Windows Hello and built-in Alexa and Cortana. For entertainment and productivity, both laptops come with JBL speakers, Dolby Atmos audio, and Thunderbolt 3.

Powering these new laptops is up to 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, optional NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 discrete graphics, Windows 10, and up to 11.5 hours of battery with support for Rapid Charge which can get you 2 hours of usage with just 15 minutes of charge.

In EMEA, the 13-inch Yoga 730 with Lenovo Active Pen 2 included will start at €999 (VAT included) and the 15-inch model with Lenovo Active Pen 2 included will start at €1,099 (VAT included), both expected to be available on www.lenovo.com and select retailers starting April 2018. The 14-inch Yoga 530 will start at €549 (VAT included), expected to be available on www.lenovo.com and select retailers starting June 2018.
