LG Electronics has officially unveiled LG CLOiD, an AI-powered home robot set to make its first public appearance at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. Designed to reduce everyday housework, CLOiD can move around the home, understand routines, and control connected LG appliances through the ThinQ ecosystem.

At CES, LG will demo real-life scenarios, such as CLOiD preparing breakfast by taking milk from the fridge and placing food in the oven. Once homeowners leave, the robot can start laundry cycles and even fold clothes after drying. The robot features a wheeled base, two human-like arms with seven degrees of freedom, and a smart head that works as a mobile AI hub with voice interaction and visual sensors.
Powered by LG’s Physical AI technology, CLOiD can see, understand, and act based on user commands. LG says this is a major step toward its “Zero Labor Home” vision, where AI handles daily chores.
