OPPO launches the A6x 5G

OPPO has quietly added a new budget option to its lineup with the launch of the OPPO A6x 5G in India. Built for everyday users, the phone offers solid features at an affordable price. It sports a large 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, quick 240Hz touch response, and up to 1125 nits of brightness for better outdoor viewing.

Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G processor paired with a Mali-G57 GPU, designed for smooth social media use, light multitasking, and daily apps running on ColorOS 15. One of its biggest highlights is the massive 6,500mAh battery, promising all-day usage, backed by 45W fast charging. Camera duties are handled by a 13MP rear shooter and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C, a headphone jack, microSD slot, and a side fingerprint scanner, plus support for multiple satellite systems. Prices start at Rs 12,499 ( PHP 8,153.66 ), with three storage options, available now in Ice Blue and Olive Green colors. Pricing and availability in the Philippines are to be announced.
