RedMagic has officially launched the RedMagic 11 Air for global markets, bringing its latest gaming-focused smartphone to regions outside China. First unveiled earlier this month, the device positions itself as a slim yet powerful flagship built for performance-heavy gaming while retaining a more mainstream form factor.
At the core of the RedMagic 11 Air is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and fast UFS 4.1 storage. RedMagic continues its gaming-first approach by integrating a built-in cooling fan, pressure-sensitive shoulder zones, and bypass charging to help maintain stable performance during long gaming sessions.
The phone features a large 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and high peak brightness, designed for smooth visuals whether gaming or consuming media. Powering everything is a 7,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, striking a balance between endurance and charging speed.
On the camera side, RedMagic opts for a straightforward dual-camera setup headlined by a 50MP main sensor with OIS, while keeping distractions minimal for gamers. The device also includes an under-display selfie camera, stereo speakers, and extensive connectivity options including 5G, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and an IR blaster.
The RedMagic 11 Air is now entering international markets with early-bird promos ahead of its first open sale scheduled in February.
