Redmi Pad 2 Pro Series announced

The Redmi Pad 2 Pro Series was announced today along with the Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro 10. The line includes a Wi-Fi only option, a 5G model, and a Matte Glass variant.

All models have a 12.1-inch LCD panel with 2.5K resolution capping at 120Hz refresh rate. It also supports Dolby Vision, DC dimming, and low blue light certification courtesy of TÜV Rheinland.

Notably, the Matte Glass model comes with an AG nano-texture screen. It claims to help reduce instances of glare by up to 97 percent.

Powering the tablets are a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage. In addition, storage is expandable by up to 2TB via microSD.

For cameras, the Wi-Fi and Matte Glass models come with an 8MP rear snapper. Meanwhile, the 5G unit has a 13MP rear camera. All models are fitted with an 8MP selfie shooter.

In terms of battery capacity, the tablets pack 12,000mAh with support for 33W of fast charging and up to 27W of reverse wired charging. Other features include support for Circle to Search, Gemini, and a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support.

The Redmi Pad 2 Pro Series will ship with Xiaomi HyperOS 2 and comes in Graphite Gray and Silver color options. The Wi-Fi model starts at EUR 299.9 (~PHP 20K) with 6GB/128GB with an extra colorway in Lavender Purple.

The Matte Glass model is priced at EUR 379.9 (~PHP 26K) with a single storage configuration with 8GB/256GB. The 5G model starts at the same price (EUR 379.9) with 6GB/128GB.
