PLDT HOME shows off Intel’s TVolution Stick

PLDT HOME unveils another first in the OTT (over-the-top) devices category its latest TVolution Stick. In partnership with tech company Intel, this dongle-sized gizmo aims to turn your ordinary TV into an Internet TV. Check out what it has to offer after the break.

The Compute Stick-based TVolution Stick works by plugging it into the HDMI slot of a television and the stick will turn the TV into a full-functioning computer that can stream movies, search the wen, send and receive emails, and other tasks that are usually accomplished on a PC.

On a limited run only until November 30, new subscribers of DSL Plans 999 and up and all PLDT HOME Fibr plans who apply online will get this nifty gadget for free, along with popular content from Fox, iflix and Spinnr.

Hi, does anyone know if this is available to existing PLDT DSL subscribers or just new applicants? I called the PLDT helpline and their sales people don’t know anything about the TVolution Stick.

What if nag-apply ka online ng oct 10, maaavail po ba yung stick? kahit oct 11 siya naging available?

I just got a call from pldt and same as CLIVELLORA I upgraded from p1299 to p1649 lang. Not p1699 tho. Sabi nung kausap ko hindi pwede through store coz it’s exclusive and machine generated mga numbers na napipili. Is that true? Oh well. I hope my upgrade is worth it.

miron akong tvolution ginamit ko kagad pra ma try kong ok ba…ok naman xa kaya lang 2 hours ko ginamit bigla bumaliktad ang tao saka sulat diko alam napano diko alam pano ibalik sa norman pls guys help me para mabalik kasi pag t.v lang na normal gamitin ko ok naman pag tvolution lang baliktad talaga.

miron akong tvolution ginamit ko kagad pero biglang bumaliktad diko alam ano gawin pls guys help me kasi pag tv lang naman diko ikabit tvolution ok naman lahat pag ikabit kulang tvolution ko baliktad ang tao saka sulat
