Along with the new OneTouch Hero smartphones and tablets announced last week during the IFA, Alcatel has also announced two new entry-level POP devices powered by the 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core CPUs - the POP 2 smartphone, and the POP 8S tablet.
