Acer has announced a new convertible notebook and member of the Spin family - the Acer Spin 1. The Acer Spin 1 is a lightweight and portable notebook designed for users who prefer a small machine that can be easily carried around for productivity on-the-go. The Acer Spin 1 will be available in North America in July with prices starting at $329, and in EMEA in July with prices starting at €399. Acer has expanded its AI PC lineup at COMPUTEX 2026 with the introduction of the new Swift Air 14 and Swift Spin 14 AI laptops, both powered by Intel’s latest processors. Acer has officially unveiled the Chromebook Plus Spin 514, its first Chromebook powered by the MediaTek Kompanio Ultra 910 processor, offering built-in Google AI features, impressive battery life, and a rugged convertible design—all headlined for creators, students, and professionals who need performance and portability. Alongside the Spin 514, Acer also rolled out the Chromebox CXI6 and Chromebox Mini CXM2, compact ChromeOS desktops designed for workstations, classrooms, and commercial kiosks. The 13.3" Acer Timeline costs more at around Php45,000 while the 14" has a retail price of Php39,990. Just 5 days after the new 10" Acer Aspire One has been formally announced, the new model is ready for pre-oder with a suggested retail price of Php25,995.
