Announced back in February, the Alcatel One Touch Blaze 990 was only released in the Philippines this July and it looks like it's being positioned as a mid-range Android smartphone. We received our review unit of the Alcatel One Touch Blaze 990 early last week but have not un-boxed it until the other day due to a long line of review units we have at the YugaTech HQ. With some decent specs and screen size, the One Touch Blaze could be an alternative smarpthone for those looking at their first affordable Android phone. Google has just announced a new version of Android 12 that is catered to larger screen sizes called, Android 12L. Android 12L will focus on tablets, foldables, and ChromeOS devices. The new android version also introduces a new taskbar that allows users to switch between different apps. Android 12L is set to release in early 2022, but the new features are now available on the 12L developer preview page. All you have to do is download the Android 12L emulator to get started.
