LinkedIn, one of the largest professional online networks, has expanded its LinkedIn Lite service in the Philippines. The LinkedIn Lite aims to bring simplicity and speed to provide greater access to opportunities for more professionals, job seekers, and students in the world. LinkedIn Lite is available on the mobile web and in Android applications. The LinkedIn Lite app includes key features such as newsfeed, profile, networks, messaging, and notifications. The android application is less than 1MB and can reduce data usage by as much as 80 percent.
