#Apple M5 processor

Apple has introduced a new MacBook Air powered by the M5 chip, bringing faster performance, improved AI capabilities, and larger starting storage to the company’s thin and lightweight laptop. Apple said the new M5 chip includes a 10-core CPU and up to a 10-core GPU, which helps speed up tasks like photo editing, video processing, and multitasking. Apple said the MacBook Air with M5 can deliver up to four times faster AI performance compared to the previous M4 model, and up to 9.5 times faster than the MacBook Air with the M1 chip. The new MacBook Air includes Apple’s N1 wireless chip, which supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 for faster and more reliable wireless connections. The new MacBook Air runs macOS Tahoe, which includes Apple Intelligence features designed to help with productivity, automation, and communication. Price and Availability Customers will soon be able to order the new 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air with M5 through Apple’s online store and Apple Authorized Resellers. Apple also said the laptop uses recycled materials as part of its plan to reach carbon neutrality by 2030. Apple has not yet announced the official release date for these products in the Philippines.
