The app is free, and lets users check upcoming games, play-by-plays, team stats, lineup details, and even live betting odds on Apple’s website. Apple Sports users may even use the Apple TV app to watch live games from Apple and connected streaming apps. Apple Sports supports updates on the following leagues: Major League Soccer (MLS) National Basketball Association (NBA) National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) basketball National Hockey League (NHL) Bundesliga LaLiga Liga MX Ligue 1 Premier League Serie A Apple mentioned that more leagues would be available for their upcoming seasons. Apple devices running iOS 17.2 or higher may run Apple Sports. Apple has revealed that the iPhone 12 and 12 mini now come in the color Purple. As per Apple, the new finish complements the beautiful flat-edge design of the iPhone 12. Moreover, the company also revealed that both iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini in Purple ship with the latest iOS 14.5, which features the ability to unlock iPhone with Apple Watch while wearing a face mask, an enhanced Apple Podcasts app with a redesigned show and episode pages, and a Search tab, as well as new emoji.
