Asus Philippines quietly released tow new Android tablets in the country -- the Asus MemoPad 8 and MemoPad 10, both of which are mid-range devices with price range between Php12k to Php14k. The Asus Memo Pad 8 retails for Php9,995 while the Memo Pad 10 sells for Php13,995 and is available in stores nationwide. Asus Philippines will finally launch the newer edition of its Eee PC series this week. After last month's launching at Computex in Taiwan, Asus is bringing here the 10-inch Eee PC 1000. From the Asus website, looks like they'd be coming out with 6 shiny colors of the Asus Eee PC -- Red, Green, Black, Peony White, Pearl White and Fine Ebony. Other models released earlier in Taiwan but will not be available locally are the Asus Eee PC 1000H, 1000HD, 901 and 904HD.
