At this year's Snapdragon Technology Summit in Maui, Hawaii, ASUS announced the NovaGo, a thin and light convertible laptop powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Mobile PC Platform. The 10nm Snapdragon 835 platform is so small and doesn't need a cooling fan, which enabled ASUS to take thin and light to a new level. It is also a 10-point multitouch display that features ASUS Pen support. Aside from the Snapdragon 835, the NovaGo is equipped with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.0 storage. Asus Philippines will finally launch the newer edition of its Eee PC series this week. After last month's launching at Computex in Taiwan, Asus is bringing here the 10-inch Eee PC 1000. From the Asus website, looks like they'd be coming out with 6 shiny colors of the Asus Eee PC -- Red, Green, Black, Peony White, Pearl White and Fine Ebony. Other models released earlier in Taiwan but will not be available locally are the Asus Eee PC 1000H, 1000HD, 901 and 904HD.
