Audible has announced the rollout of immersion reading in the Audible app. Audible's new feature allows users who own both the audiobook and eBook versions of a title in their Audible and Kindle libraries to follow along with synchronized, highlighted text while the audiobook plays. This feature was previously limited to Kindle directly into the Audible app. Audible has started its new stories service, offering free audiobooks for young listeners. While schools are closed, and most countries are in quarantine, Audible will be offering free audiobooks to help children continue dreaming, learning, and just being kids. Audible is an audiobook subscription service that gives its subscribers credit (or two depending on the plan) that they can use to purchase any audiobook regardless of price. There are two Audible plans that you can subscribe to, the Gold plan and the Platinum plan.
