Banco de Oro (BDO) went thru huge trouble in the last quarter of 2021 with the hundreds of fraudulent transactions reported by customers. So, let's put the question out there again -- what will BDO need to do to regain your trust in online banking? Revise BDO's Terms and Conditions that appear to protect the bank more rather than to protect its customers. If someone hacked our system, it is the bank's money that was stolen. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) said it is reviewing the recent service disruption that affected Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), as customers experienced problems accessing the bank's digital channels over the past few days. The regulator also reminded banks that major operational incidents must be reported promptly and addressed immediately to minimize their impact on customers.
