After the battery issues the Galaxy Note7 faced, Samsung Philippines has announced the Galaxy Note7 Replacement Program here in the country where they will replace all Note7 units bought via authorized dealers and operators in the Philippines on or before September 7, 2016 with brand new phones of the same model or a Galaxy S7 Edge. This particular model looks like a large AA battery with a curved mid-section. The ports are found at one end of the battery -- a micro-USB port for charging the battery itself and a regular USB port for charging any other device from the battery. The aMagic battery has a maximum charge capacity of 2600mAh which is pretty decent for its size and weight. OnePlus is shifting its focus toward extreme battery life in the budget tier, officially preparing to drop a brand-new device line led by the OnePlus N6. The headlining feature of the OnePlus N6 is its massive, integrated 8,000mAh battery. More impressively, the company is baking in a bold hardware longevity promise, asserting that the battery chemistry will last for seven full years of regular use before degrading past 80% of its original effective capacity.
