Starting today, September 20, students, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) can now apply for white Beep cards over-the-counter. Student Beep cards with a 50% fare discount will be available starting September 15, 2025. The cards will be printed on the spot in designated stations in Metro Manila. The 50% fare discount will be available at all train stations using Beep cards. The DOTr has also added 300,000 new Beep cards to address demand. Recently, the agency has also rolled out QR code and tap card payments at select stations.
